In addition to being Youth Pastors, Pastors Brian and Stacy had many job responsibilities, heading up a number of ministries in the church, including: Maintenance, Helps Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Worship Ministry, Media Ministry and more. It was a great time of preparation for what was in store for their future. In 2003, Pastor Brian became Executive Pastor, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the various ministries of Christian Life Church.
 
When Founding Pastors, Steve and Denice Vickers, felt that it was time to enter a new phase of their ministry and hand over pastoralship and all daily responsibilities of the church, they considered several outstanding pastors.; they would be handing over the helm of a 22 year legacy, so this was no small decision. After much prayer, and discussion, they felt that Pastors Brian and Stacy were the couple chosen by God to fulfill the position. Pastors Brian and Stacy knew that the responsibility of pastoring a church was a major commitment, and they did not want to accept it without settling in their hearts that this was God’s direction for their lives. After much prayer and soul-searching, they accepted the challenge and in December of 2005, they were installed as pastors of Christian Life Church.
 
Since that time, Pastors Brian and Stacy have continued the legacy begun by Dr. Steve and Denice Vickers:  to build a multicultural army of believers who are grounded in the Word of God and fulfilling the Great Commission by reaching out to their communities and the world with a message of forgiveness, hope, and love.
